The Pilates training was created from Joseph Pilates to be a challenging work out gaining muscle strength and flexibility by exactly performed exercises in fast order and by few repetitions.
The Contrology Pilates™ philosophy is based on the original method from Joseph Pilates that in every lesson all exercises shall be executed precisely in a flow and in strict order, to avoid “preparation pauses” and loosing the Powerhouse during the whole duration of workout. Group exercise using pilates equipment units such as the Reformer/Allegro or the Total Workout Systems (multi-purpose equipment units Mat-Reformer-Tower; 3 in 1) has the restriction on maximum group size of four to six (4-6) clients, group courses for mat to maximum 12-15 clients, to allow trainers best possible attention on clients workout.
Every new client shall receive an introduction lesson (single teaching, one to one) to be introduced to pilates work out specifics such as Powerhouse, and other basic information’s, as well as receiving a body scan to evaluate his ability to join the intense pilates workout.
The Contrology Pilates™ comprehensive trainer education program will provide all information to instructors in step with actual practice to be able to guide and teach such pilates lessons based on the original, classical pilates method. This education program is international accepted and listed at the Pilates Method Alliance PMA.
